Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from MAJO COLLECTION through Majo.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1) Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.

2) Exchange Process

Contact our support team to request an exchange. Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the item back for replacement.

3) Exchange Shipping Charges

  • All exchange delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4) No Processing Fee on Exchanges

The 20% processing fee does NOT apply to exchanges.

5) Inspection & Approval

All exchanged items are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.

6) Non-Exchange Items

Sale or discounted items may only be exchanged if faulty or damaged.
