Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from MAJO COLLECTION through Majo.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1) Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and untouched.
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.

2) Return Approval & Inspection

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected. You will be notified whether your return is approved or rejected.

3) Decision Time After Receiving Return

After we receive the returned item, our team will take up to 14 days to review, verify, and approve the return request.

4) Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds may take 10–30 working days.
  • This applies to online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).

5) Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are also non-refundable.

6) Processing Fee

A 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all returns.

This 20% processing fee does not apply to exchanges.

7) Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items.
  • The 20% processing fee does not apply to exchanges.
  • All exchange deliveries will be charged to the customer.
