Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Majo.pk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1) Delivery Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Remote areas: 3–7 working days

4) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5) Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

6) Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, reshipping charges will apply.

7) Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or public holidays. MAJO COLLECTION is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

8) Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing item, contact us within 24 hours with photos for assistance.
